Food was spoiled sandwich wasn't prepared correctly ingredients weren't fresh obviously and nothing was being made fresh I ordered a big mac they said we don't have pickles I said ok I go to my hotel and open my burger no onions or special sauce and the meat tasted horrible and the oy thing out of my order that was remotely ok was the fries which were cold and my soda.

Nice and clean spot. Overall would recommend!

Just your casual McDonalds. Salad always fresh and the Fries are usually crispy!

I was here 2 years ago on a field trip to NYC with the college I was studying at and the service at this McDonald's was HORRID AS HELL! From what I remember, it took like 20 to 45 for me to place my order, and top that off, 30 MORE minutes to receive my food. DO NOT ORDER AT MCD'S IN NYC!!!!!!!!

Typical McDonald's, though I rarely eat at any McDonald's. This was a last minute decision. Cashier was kind of grumpy. It's possible she was just having a bad day. Though, it was probably because she had to stop texting to take my order. Can't be certain though. Didn't McDonald's fries used to be better? They seem different and not as good as I remember.

The service wasn't good here. I ordered some food for four people, got a number, and immediately went to the waiting line. I paid attention to the screen and knew exactly what my number was. For some reason, almost 25 minutes passed and my number didn't even show up on the screen, let alone get called. I got tired of waiting and finally asked up front for my order. Then they said that they called my number a long time ago. NO they did NOT!!! I was there the entire time and paid full attention to the numbers! They showed me an attitude making me look like I was wrong when they were the ones being irresponsible. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't think I'll come back to this one, at least not with trust.

Ordered a Q.POUNDER w/cheese. It was on point. I recommend this one over the one on 42nd and and 8th Avenue. #LMF

I came from Maryland and stopped by at one of the most popular McDonald’s location in the city, and frankly I was disappointed. I ordered my food with my family we were tired the whole day and they messed up my order, then I tried to talk to the store manager, she had a bad attitude and was rolling her eyes so I said lemme talk to your supervisor. Unfortunately the supervisor was even worse. He didn’t know how to talk to customers, and gave major attitude. And he said “if you dokt like your food or anything then just DONT COME” and he said it in a very angry voice too. I asked for a complaint and he said go call or something go do what you want, it was rude and unprofessional of him. I was quite dissapointed, not going her again.

Bad customer service. The guy didn't take our order correctly and then just charged us before we were done ordering. Then got our order wrong.

I ordered my meal and as usual i proceeded to wait.. two customers came in after me and order meals also and received there food before I did!! I wasn’t worried about it until I walked outside and checked my food.. I was shocked by the cold fries and two cold mcchickens with cheese!! Will never go there again and I don’t think I can deal with McDonald’s anymore!!

Terrible experience. The worker charged me extra, for what was supposed to be included. Also, they forgot to add some extras that were included, EVEN THOUGH they charged me for it. I strongly do not recommend.
